Custodian Virtual Currency Wallet Operator – means a legal entity established in the Republic of Lithuania, or a branch of a legal entity of a Member State of the European Union or a foreign country established in the Republic of Lithuania offering custodian virtual currency wallet management services on behalf of the Customers.
